Cancellation Policy

I hope that you never have to cancel a trip, but if you do, here is the cancellation policy: Please note that cancellations are required to be submitted via email and you must have received a reply email acknowledging the cancellation before you can consider it cancelled. Cancellations are accepted up to 45 days prior to trip departure date to reschedule or be refunded. Cancellations of 45 days or less from the date of departure will be non-refundable or will be held on your account as a 1-1 credit towards a future trip. If you choose to have your account credited, this will be good for up to 2 years from the date of cancellation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, contact your travel insurance company to ascertain what your policy covers.
